PROJECT OVERVIEW:

This project sheds a light on the perceptions of Muslims. I want to show through empowering images of different Muslims that no two people of the same faith look the same.

I want to show that not everyone is perfect and has the same relationship to the faith the next person.

Yet at the end of the day we have a bond that is closer than blood — connected through faith.

This collection of portraits is my contribution to illuminating the conversation about sameness and otherness.
